Our Single Hung Windows are made from 6063-T6 Aluminum Extrusion and features a True Muntin design. This design adds to the structural strength of the window while creating a beautiful and functional Colonial Style effect. The window operates by way of pre-tensioned Galvanized Steel Spiral Balances which makes the operation of the window smooth and seamless. Die Cast Sash locks are used to secure the window when closed and Stainless Steel fittings are used in areas more prone to weathering. Our “New” EPDM Bulb Gasket ensures years of weather proofing as compared to Vinyl Gaskets which Shrink, Yellow and Crack over time.
A convenient easy cleaning feature allows the home owner to tilt the operable sash from the inside of the house to help keep your window looking clean and beautiful without the inconvenience of bulky ladders on the exterior.
